2. The lock is from the revered pioneer lock and trigger maker, Bob Roller, and Jud has engraved it to pay homage to him. The author of this blog also obtained Bob Roller locks and trigger sets from Bob Roller in the late 70's. These were by far the finest available at that time and still show details of form and function never available in other commercially available rifle hardware. We Alaskans are in awe of Bob Roller's mastery of his craft!
